Founded over 32 years ago, Hason has adapted to the market’s changes and evolution:

1983 - Hason purchases a 44,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Berthierville.  The company quickly develops expertise in custom fabrication of pressure vessels and process equipment for a wide range of industries, primarily for the refining and petrochemical, steel making and mining segments.  Hason quickly develops the refractory expertise for fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) equipment.

1994 - Hason expands and builds a new facility in Lanoraie, adding an additional 24,000 square feet for a total 68,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity.

2003 - Hason is sold to current owners, Denis Blain Eng., MBA, CEO, and Dang Loc Nguyen, Eng. Vice President and Head of Engineering.

2008 - Hason opens an engineering office in Montréal to meet its manufacturing and customer requirements.

2010 - Hason welcomes the Quebec Manufacturing Fund (QMF) as a third shareholder.  With capital of over $100 million, QMF invests in companies it considers to have significant potential, and to be leaders in their markets.  The association is in line with Hason’s growth strategy.

2011 - Hason completes a $7.5 million investment in its Lanoraie plant.  All manufacturing, engineering and administrative activities are now in a single location, which increases manufacturing capacity to 92,000 square feet.

2013 - Hason completes an additional $1.8M investment for laboratory Testing Capacity, Automated Welding Robotic and Enterprise Resource Planning System.

2014 - Hason acquires Odom Industries to create Hason USA Corp. Hason North America now has 144,000 square feet of fabrication facilities and today employs over 220 employees.
